When you’re not there, we are. Home Watch is regular, scheduled holiday home checks while you’re away, with a full report after each one, so you always know exactly how things are going. It’s built for owners who live in a different city and want their holiday home checked regularly, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, rather than relying on a neighbour occasionally checking the letterbox.

Holiday Home Transition

Turning your home into a short-stay property should feel exciting, not overwhelming. We handle the setup properly, from listing creation to guest-ready presentation, so your home is ready to welcome guests without you having to figure out the short-stay or airbnb property management market from scratch. Unlike a general airbnb management company or vacation rental management service, we know the Queenstown and Tauranga markets specifically because, well, we live here!

Not at this stage. We deliberately focus on these two markets so we can give every property proper attention, rather than spreading ourselves across the country.

Yes. Many owners combine Property Management with Home Watch, or Holiday Home Transition with ongoing management. We’ll talk through what makes sense for your property.

It depends on the service and the property, but we can usually have an initial conversation within a few days of you getting in touch. Call us and we’ll talk through timing.

We operate with clear decision-making thresholds you set at onboarding. Routine matters are handled without interrupting your day. Anything genuinely urgent is escalated immediately, and you are never the last to know.
